Welcome to the products and services provided by Proton Software Services LLC.

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Proton Software Services LLC (hereinafter referred to as "we") governing your use of our applications, games and related features. By downloading, installing and using our products and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms as well as the accompanying Privacy Policy in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please immediately stop installing and using this product. We reserve the right to revise these Terms from time to time to accommodate business iteration, feature upgrades and compliance requirements. Revisions shall take effect upon publication on our platform, and we recommend you review them regularly.

Service Description

We are committed to delivering stable and high-quality applications and game services for users. We continuously optimize product performance, fix bugs and update functional modules to bring you a satisfactory user experience.

You understand and agree that our platform services are solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment and experience. Without our written authorization, no entity or individual may use this product and its related features for commercial operation, profit promotion, unauthorized traffic diversion or other similar purposes. We reserve the right to adjust, upgrade, optimize, suspend or terminate part or all of the services at any time without additional liability to you.

User Code of Conduct and Prohibited Activities

When using our products and services, you undertake to comply with applicable local laws, regulations and platform rules. You shall not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  1. Use this product to commit illegal acts, infringements, vulgar, violent, gambling, fraudulent conduct or other acts violating public order and good morals and applicable laws;
  2. Crack, decompile, reverse-engineer, tamper with the product client or server data, or create and distribute cheats, scripts and hacking tools;
  3. Maliciously disrupt or impair the normal operation of platform services, attack or intrude into platform systems, servers or databases, or interfere with other users' normal use;
  4. Impersonate another person's identity, steal others' information and infringe upon others' legitimate rights and interests;
  5. Publish or disseminate illegal, infringing, false, harassing content, use the platform for traffic diversion, marketing, rumor-spreading or malicious attacks;
  6. Engage in other acts that violate applicable laws, industry rules and platform management specifications.

If you commit any of the above violations, we may impose measures including feature restrictions, temporary suspension or permanent account ban based on the severity of the conduct. If you cause losses to the platform or damages to third parties, you shall bear all corresponding legal liabilities and compensation obligations.

Intellectual Property Protection

  1. All intellectual property rights in our platform products, including product names, trademarks, texts, graphics, interface designs, source code, functional logic, copywriting, materials, game content and all related works, belong to Proton Software Services LLC.
  2. You are granted only a limited personal license to use the products and services. You obtain no ownership rights, licensing rights, sub-licensing rights, transfer rights or rights for secondary development over any intellectual property.
  3. Without our formal written authorization, no entity or individual may copy, republish, alter, distribute, sell, commercially exploit or secondarily develop any content or product module of our platform. We reserve the right to pursue all legal liabilities against violators.
  4. Rights to operation data, usage records and other data generated during your use of the services belong to us. We may reasonably use such data in accordance with service and compliance rules, and all data processing shall strictly follow our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services and Third-Party Link Rules

  1. This product may contain third-party advertisements, access points to third-party services, third-party website links and partner platform services. These are provided solely to improve your user experience.
  2. All third-party services and platforms maintain their own independent terms of service and privacy policies, which are not governed by these Terms. You shall bear all risks, disputes and information security issues arising from your access to and use of third-party services, and we shall not be held jointly liable.
  3. The built-in third-party ad serving and compliant data sharing mechanisms on our platform shall operate strictly in accordance with the accompanying Privacy Policy.

Service Interruption and Disclaimer

You understand and agree that we may suspend, adjust or terminate services at any time under the following circumstances, without assuming any compensation or breach-of-contract liability to you:

  1. Temporary service interruptions caused by routine maintenance such as hardware failures, network anomalies, carrier outages, system upgrades and server maintenance;
  2. Failure to provide services due to force majeure events (natural disasters, policy adjustments, regulatory requirements, public emergencies and similar events);
  3. Feature malfunctions, data loss or service unavailability caused by your own device issues, network problems or improper operations;
  4. Adjustment, decommissioning or optimization of product functions and service models to meet compliance requirements and updates to applicable laws and regulations.

Internet services carry inherent technical risks. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain stable service operation, but we do not warrant uninterrupted, fault-free or bug-free services. We shall not be liable for losses arising within the scope of reasonable technical risks.

Amendment and Effective Date of Terms

These Terms of Service shall take effect on September 1, 2026 and supersede all prior versions of the Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms to accommodate business upgrades, product iteration and compliance updates without sending separate notices to users. Revised Terms will be notified to users via in-product announcements or page updates and take effect upon publication. Your continued use of the product after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of these Terms and our product services shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through legal channels in our jurisdiction, subject to applicable local laws and regulatory requirements.
